Our showroom is by appointment only, and repair drop-offs, pickups and luthier consultations are scheduled the same way. Choose the type of visit below and pick a time that works for you.

Appointments start at the top of the hour and run 30 minutes.

Showroom Appointments

Reserve a time to visit the showroom so we can give you our full attention and have everything ready when you arrive.

Plan Shopping Ahead: Please browse online and reach out ahead of time with questions to narrow the goal whenever possible. These appointments are not just for browsing. They are for focused assistance to accomplish specific tasks for each customer that cannot be achieved by browsing our website.

Great for:

  • Trying out gear you've seen on our website
  • Dropping off or picking up consignment items
  • Dropping off or picking up a repair (weekends)

Tip: Planning to test something specific? Add the item name to your booking so we can have it out and ready for you.

Schedule a time for anything repair related. Weekday appointments are available for:

  • Repair drop-off
  • Repair pickup
  • A one-on-one conversation with our luthier about your instrument
