Pre-Owned PRS CE24 - Tri-Color Burst

Since the dawn of rock and roll, the snap and response that comes from a bolt-on neck guitar has been an essential part of the mix. These attributes have, in turn, become essential to many players trying to tell their story through music.

The CE 24 pairs PRS’s traditional body combination of the mahogany back and maple top with a bolt-on maple neck and rosewood fretboard. The neck sports a Pattern Thin carve and satin nitro finish for a natural, addictive feel. This guitar has been upgraded with Fishman Fluence humbuckers, ideal for a blues/rock sound. The electronics consist of a volume and push/pull tone control with 3-way toggle switch for a total of six classic sounds.

The original CE was introduced in 1988 and offered players PRS design and quality with the added snap and sparkle of traditional bolt-on guitars.

This guitar is in great playing condition and has undergone a full set-up and inspection from our in-house luthier. The neck is nice and straight, fits nicely in the hand and shows only minimal fretwear.

Cosmetically, this guitar does have some finish damage in the form of an area of paint chipping and a small ding on the treble side horn, some deeper scuffing on the binding on the treble side horn, some scuffing on the bass side cutaway, an amount of scratching on the treble side waist, a ding on the back near the the bass side horn, a ding and a gouge on the back near the bass side waist, a ding on the back near the lower bout, a scratch on the back near the treble side waist, a few small dings on the back near the lower bout, scuffing on the back near the lower bout on the treble side, a deeper gouge on the back near the strap button.
