Taylor's non-cutaway koa acoustic models showcase a different appointment package from their acoustic/electric counterparts. Ivoroid binding applies a time-honored acoustic touch, while sparkling abalone outlines the tops and forms the rosette. This model comes standard with a Sitka spruce top. The soundboard choice for most guitars, Sitka spruce produces a broad dynamic range and accommodates a versatile range of playing styles.

Taylor’s Dreadnought captures the potent tone flatpickers and strummers love, and the non-cutaway offers the clean, symmetrical look of a traditional acoustic guitar. Few woods carry the allure of Hawaiian koa, with its gorgeous figure and sweet, complex tone.

This guitar is in fantastic shape and has undergone a full setup and inspection from our in-house luthier. The neck is nice and straight, fits nicely in the hand and shows only very minimal fretwear. Cosmetically, the finish is pristine, showing no discernable dings, dents or scratches. Included are the original hard shell case, an extra set of gold tuner heads and a spare koa truss rod cover.
