This is a great sounding & playing guitar in original condition with no mods, repairs or issues. It has certainly been played over the last 36 years but has been very well cared for. Upon close inspection pick, buckle & handling marks are evident but the finish is still glossy with no chips or significant dings. From a few feet away the guitar looks mint. There is a small blemish on the back of the neck just north of the spine at the 13th fret  but it is virtually undetectable under the thumb. The gold plating on the pickup covers, bridge ends & strap button shows wear but the tuners & tailpiece are glossy. There is none of the pitting that so often afflicts gold hardware present here. The medium jumbo frets show wear under the plain strings but have plenty of life left. The neck is straight with no twists or high spots; it plays fast & smooth with no rattles, buzzes or dead spots. The guitar is quite lively & articulate with a slightly warmer, chewier sound than most semi-hollow guitars. It produces a pleasant singing tone with the introduction of a little gain. Pickups are warm but clear. We’ve put her through the paces in the store playing blues, jazz, classic rock & country and she has performed admirably throughout. She has quickly become a shop favorite for testing newly arrived amps. This one is going to make someone very happy.
