Jim James has spent over two decades as a multi-talented vocalist, guitarist, producer, and the primary songwriter for the acclaimed rock band My Morning Jacket. Throughout those years with My Morning Jacket, performing solo, and collaborating with other artists, his ES-335 has been his go-to guitar. We are proud to partner with Jim on his first Epiphone Signature Model, the Jim James ES-335 in Seventies Walnut.

Based on one of his favorite guitars, the Epiphone Jim James ES-335 is ready for every stage featuring a Seventies Walnut-finished 5-ply laminated maple body with a solid maple centerblock for increased sustain and a mahogany neck with a Jim James Custom SlimTaper C profile and an Indian laurel fretboard with dot inlays. The Alnico Classic Pro pickups are paired with CTS potentiometers and Orange Drop capacitors. Personal touches include vintage-style Kluson Waffleback tuners with metal buttons, a circle/arrow emblem on the truss rod cover, and an owl decal on the back of the headstock. A hardshell case with an owl logo is also included.
