The Gibson Les Paul Standard HP 2017 is a guitar designed for guitar soloists who demand the best from their instruments. The AAAA flamed maple top adds a stunning touch to the classic Heritage Cherry Sunburst finish, while the ultra-modern weight relief ensures maximum sustain. The titanium zero-fret adjustable nut delivers amazing tone and sustain with complete control over the action. The Burstbucker Pro Rhythm and Lead + humbucker pickups give you the classic Gibson tones with a touch more bite. The improved G FORCE™ auto-tuning system provides fast and accurate tuning, even for alternate tunings, and the aluminum TOM bridge with titanium saddles ensures amazing tonal transmission.

The HP version of the Les Paul Standard 2017 is decidedly modern with its chrome appointments, and the new push-pull knurled knobs add a touch of futuristic functionality. The complete tone control with 2 volumes, 2 tones, 1 toggle with push-pull and DIP switch give you incomparable control over your tone. And with the premium Gibson aluminum case, your guitar will always be safe and sound, no matter where you take it.

This guitar is in very good condition and has undergone a full in-store professional inspection and setup. The neck is nice and straight, fits comfortably in the hand and exhibits only gentle fretwear. Cosmetically, there is a small amount of playwear to the top finish near the pickups and around the jack, as well as a small ding to the treble side horn (top side), gentle scratching to the finish near the back plate, and wear to the tuning interface, all of which can be seen in photos.
