A digital I/O, extensive analog, MIDI integration and four independent signal paths doles out practically limitless signal routing capabilities.  You can also integrate external hardware and use your Helix as a control panel for your entire rig. Third-party impulse responses can be loaded to personalize your sound even further, and the Helix Floor is compatible with all other devices in the Helix family. Color-coded LED rings and customizable scribble strips show you your effect status and footswitch assignments at a glance. Expression pedal and hands-free pedal edit mode let you control volume, wah, or any combination of parameters and edit any block configuration with your feet.

Four mono (or two stereo) effects sends/returns can integrate hardware pedals or pedal chains as switchable loops, providing additional inputs and outputs, letting you process multiple instruments simultaneously and configure routing schemes.

Also included are external amp-switching capability, VDI Variax guitar connector, three expression pedal/footswitch inputs,  L6 LINK connector for Powercab Plus active guitar speaker system integration, and CV output for unparalleled digital/analog integration. 

Utilize the free HX Edit app (for Mac or PC) to mirror your interface, drag-and-drop amp or effect blocks, customize footswitch labels, build signal chains and adjust parameters all from your computer.
