Strymon DIG V2

Unearthing the True Soul of Digital Delay: Strymon DIG

Strymon DIG, the Delay Doppelgänger, is an exceptional pedal that unravels the essence of digital delay and elevates it to new heights. With two simultaneous integrated delays boasting captivating rack delay voicings from the 1980s and today, the DIG opens doors to incredible expressive potential. Craft your own intricate and synchronized echoes, conjure hypnotic atmospheric repeats that bridge the gap between delay and reverb, and explore a world of sonic possibilities with five rhythmic subdivisions and three dual delay routing options, all within a compact, pedalboard-friendly format.

A Journey to the Past and Present: Rack to the Future

The legacy of rack-mount digital delays from the 1980s lives on through the Strymon DIG. These innovative designs redefined audio effects, delivering pristine delays while carving their own unique and captivating sonic characteristics. Three distinct digital delay voicings grace the DIG: the early '80s adaptive delta modulation mode, the mid-'80s 12-bit pulse code modulation mode, and the modern high-resolution 24/96 mode. Multiply these voices by two, and you have the DIG, your perfect dual delay ally, allowing you to tap into the essence of these iconic sounds.

Classic Sound with Modern Advancements

The second-generation DIG retains the distinctive rack-mount digital delay tones while introducing significant new features. MIDI integration provides remote control over every aspect of the pedal via MIDI commands, including sync with MIDI Clock. It boasts 300 MIDI preset locations for easy access to your favorite settings. Hardware improvements include a premium analog JFET input circuit, mono or stereo input selection, and an energy-efficient ARM DSP chip that enhances processing power while minimizing power consumption. The Tone Knob offers precise control over feedback filter response, giving you the ability to shape your echoes with ease.
