Fender Custom Shop Limited 51 Telecaster Relic - Heavy Relic Aged Candy Tangerine with Tweed Hard Shell Case

Undoubtedly one of the world's most popular instruments to enter into the musical world, the Telecaster came to us in the fall of 1951 - inspired by the boom of technology and television, the "caster" was Leo's homage to all things new. 

This limited edition Telecaster (Or rather, the "Nocaster") maintains every inch of the novelty that era was known for, and its heavy relic finish in Candy Tangerine completes the vintage aesthetic beautifully.  

A two-piece ash body meets an ultra comfy maple 10/56 "V" neck, and 21 narrow tall frets grace a rift sawn maple fingerboard with a 9.5" radius.  The hand-wound ’50-’51 Blackguard pickups are connected to ’51 modified “Nocaster®” wiring. 

At just under 7 and a half pounds, it's got a great, comfortably weight and a fantastic balance.Top it all off with a parchment pickguard to round out the look and you've got yourself a stellar piece of Fender history, straight from the Custom Shop team in Corona, CA.
