Strymon Dig V2
Strymon Dig V2 Dual Digital Delay Next Generation
Strymon Dig V2: Next Generation Delay
Unearth the True Soul of Digital Delay
The Strymon Dig V2 Dual Digital Delay unearths the true soul of digital delay and doubles it with two simultaneous, integrated delays. Featuring captivating rack delay voicings from the 1980s and today, the Dig V2 offers incredible expressive potential. Create intricate and synchronized echoes, hypnotic and atmospheric repeats that blur the line between delay and reverb, and stretch your sonic horizons with five rhythmic subdivisions and three dual delay routing options. Whether you’re aiming for syncopated, pulsating delay patterns or evocative, spaced-out echo trails, the Dig V2 delivers in a compact, pedalboard-friendly format.
Rack to the Future
Rack-mount digital delays of the 80s ushered in a new era of audio effects, generating the cleanest delays yet heard while creating unique sonic characteristics. The Dig V2 explores these distinctive sounds with three digital delay voicings: the early 80s adaptive delta modulation mode, the mid-80s 12-bit pulse code modulation mode, and the modern high-resolution 24/96 mode. Multiply these distinct voicings by two, and the Dig V2 becomes your perfect dual delay ally.
Classic Sound, New Features
The second-generation Dig V2 retains the distinctive rack-mount digital delay tones of the original while adding significant new features, incorporating technological advancements, hardware improvements, and design enhancements for added flexibility, power, and ease of use on stage and in the studio.
Enhanced Tone Control
- Tone Knob: Sets the feedback filter response for tailoring the sound of your echoes. It’s actually two filters in one control: Turn left for high cut, right for low cut, or set at 12 o’clock for a flat response.
Full MIDI Implementation
- MIDI Control: Sync delays to MIDI Clock, save settings in one of 300 preset locations, and control virtually every knob, switch, and setting remotely via the EXP/MIDI jack or USB.
Advanced Hardware Improvements
